The Commissioner of Israel's Anti-trust Authority today announced her approval of the acquisition of the Telecommunication Division of Synergy Cables by Teldor Cables & Systems Ltd.
Synergy is a manufacturer of FiberOptic, copper data communication and outside plant telephone cables.
The official decision paves the way for full integration scheduled to commence in the upcoming weeks.
Teldor Cables & Systems is expected to more than double its revenue while providing a more diverse product offering to customers of both plants in domestic as well as in export markets.
